Thanks to everyone who entered our
Facebook contest this Christmas tree season for a stay at the Omni Mount
Washington Resort & Hotel. Our winner, picked at random from all the entrants,
is Russell Schmehl of Dunedin, Florida. Congratulations, Russell!
Russell
will enjoy a two-night stay at the historic Omni Mount Washington in beautiful Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. With the majestic Mt. Washington as
a backdrop, the Bretton Woods
ski area across the road, and activities from dog sledding and Nordic skiing to
horse-drawn sleigh rides and a day in the spa, the resort is an ideal getaway
for adventure seekers and relaxation specialists alike.
Although
he lives far south of The Rocks, Russell has been visiting the farm for about
14 years with a group of family members and friends. Like many of our Christmas
tree seekers, Russell and his group enjoy the Christmas Memory Package, which includes a stay at one of the area’s beautiful
inns and hotels and a visit to The Rocks to find the perfect Christmas tree for
trimming.
“I
look forward to visiting The Rocks each year, and many of the guides on the
wagon rides remember us from previous years,” Russell says. “We were just there
in December and look forward to next year’s visit.”
We
